This collection of female-authored plays from Spain's 19th century is an ongoing student project at the University of Mary Washington (Virginia, USA), led by Dr. Elizabeth Franklin Lewis (faculty mentor) and Ms. Angie Kemp (library mentor). 

Throughout this project, students transcribe and encode plays using TEI-XML, a technical standard commonly used in digital editions to produce machine-readable representations of text. The long-term goal of this project is to store and provide access to these files through Northeastern University's TAPAS repository.
